Spear Quicken also has synergy with Overbrand, boosting the damage of the first hit. Some RGs may not max Spear Quicken in order to have more points for other skills like Sacrifice and Battle Chant (using RG points for Crusader skills is an option though of course). Shield Spell should be at least level 1 for the large ATK boost.

Full Support Priest focuses only on supporting their allies. Grinding as a Full Support Priest in early game will be really boring, so its suggested to take Battle Priest Build first, and then change to Full Support Priest Build. People mostly build Full Support type in later game.
