Jan 26, 2006 · Hey Guys, Are you happy with Futaba customer service and turn around time? I have had no problem with JR customer service what's so ever but a friend of mine who uses Futaba, says their turn around time is slow and they charge $37 or so to expedite your repair if you ask for it.
