The sound card does have a game controller port , and is not a usb port, is a game port used for old controllers like the Microsoft SideWinder game pad Game Controller wish is listed in here or is check as been compatable with windows 7 - 32 & 64bit.

Dec 15, 2018 · How do you get the gameport working in windows 7 64 bit? I can't seem to convince it to do anything about the ctljystk.inf. OK so after reading this I did some search here and found a creative driver that seems to at least install although I have not got the joystick working yet here:

Try the Gameport support pack for Vista 32-bit. Someone in the Creative forum said that they were able to install it on Windows 7 x64. I have installed this gameport driver on Windows 7 64 bit and it installs fine and Device Manager tells me that the device is working properly.
