Nov 21, 2012 · I installed geexbox 3.0 32bit on APPLE MAC MINI INTEL CORE 2 DUO 2.0 GHZ. The distribution works well and seems stable. Using an external sound card (Terratec) that the system recognizes. The sound card’s original MAC is faulty. Use as DVB-T USB a Pinnacle PCTV 330e, that the system does not recognize.

Jun 29, 2009 · MPlayer CE has far surpassed Geexbox in most things except a few minor compatability issues with USB, some media types, and lack of NTFS support. Keep both if those minor things affect your setup, but MPlayer CE is way more up to date, particularly with USB 2.0 support.

Persistent USB OSs don't seem to be the very common these days. I've tinkered with some tools that are supposed to convert non persistent isos to persistant installs but no luck. Is there an .iso I can get of a distro to have a USB drive that keeps persistent changes? Thanks!
