This is SWF9 and uses SWF9 tags, so it will not work (not supported yet by Gnash). The high cpu usage comes because it executes tags in a sprite. It will probably be fixed as SWF9 support is implemented. It doesn't freeze for me. Did I understand correctly that it only froze the second time for you?
