    I finally got Norton Toolbar and Identity Safe to work on my Google browser Version 61.0.3163.79 (Official Build) (64-bit) by enabling 2 additional Norton extensions: 1) Norton Safe Search as default on Chrome, and 2) Norton Home Page for Chrome. Unless these 2 extensions are enabled the Toolbar & IDSafe extensions will NOT work on Google.

    As of 5/12/14 I have been running Chrome version 35.0.1916.114 m. I do not know if that version is still installed. When that version was installed, I experienced loss of the Norton toolbar. In a few days that problem was fixed. Now, I am again without the Norton toolbar, despite the extensions list saying that Identity Save is engaged.
