May 04, 2014 · had a similar problem, what i did was go to device manager found the "serial port" (used a usb to serial) checked the port it was using and used the same one on e-manage. it was wrong but strangely it was still marking as online! computer was set to com 1 and emanage software com 4. changed computer to com 4 and worked fine.
