Nov 05, 2019 · Tried three different sets of nVidia drivers. Rolled back my whole computer via System Restore to before my problems started which was around 10/25/19. Uninstalled and reinstalled GW2 entirely. Still, I am getting single digit FPS in Lion's Arch, half normal FPS anywhere else, huge ping, and my CPU is staying pegged at 100%.

Apr 03, 2019 · I used nVidia driver version 306.97 (GW2 was completely unstable on 310.xx) for years beyond when it was released simply because GW2 crashed less on it. Then I got in to the ESO beta and had to update to 36x.xx, or whatever was current at the time because ESO was totally and completely unstable on the old driver.

Feb 06, 2019 · Did you have this kind of performance before you upgraded to Windows 10? Are you getting 5-10 FPS by yourself out in an un-populated area? Sadly there is a cap on how well even the best bleeding edge hardware available will perform in the most intense/densely populated areas.

Aug 30, 2015 · I've posted on the Guild Wars 2 site and on the Microsoft Support forums about my issue. Don't know where else to post. Anyway, about 2 weeks ago, I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to 10. This is on an Alienware 17 laptop with a Intel HD4600/Nvidia 780M GPU. I installed a bunch of games and all the games are working just fine except for Guild Wars 2.

Jul 20, 2018 · My display driver will not crash. When I first bought my GTX 1080, I extensively tested it to see how much I could overclock it. I ran various stress tests (which are much, MUCH more intense than GW2), and know 100% without a doubt that at the settings I listed above, it should be stable. And it is. In every single game except for Guild Wars 2.
