This build is a novel interpretation of the thief's abilities. It's a fun build, but sub-par for high level content. Instead of emphasizing the burst aspect, it chooses to heal and revive it's fellow allies. It is currently unviable for Solo / Team Arena and will likely upset your team as you lose capture points. It can be used in Hot Join.

Condi Thief is useless for TPVP.. Its a selfish build, you give zero support to the team. The meta build gives every 20 seconds (correct me if i'm wrong) Fury, Swiftness, Vigor and Might to all surrounding team members. Plus you have a high number of burst damage. This build is for Thieves who can't play the meta be course they die to quick.
