Nov 11, 2008 · Thank you, but that won't work. Help and support is not listed as a part of that list. This is what has me so confused. How can I add Help & Support to that List? Incidently, that is the same screen as when you go to control panel/admin tools/services. I was able to dig this up for you. Haven't tried it. Hope it works for you.

Apr 23, 2011 · I followed those steps and I now have my Help and Support Center up and running again. I had the same problems listed here and nothing looked out of place until I saw that the help services were not running in the Task Manager but they were set to run automatically in the Registry. Appreciate you taking the time to post these helps!!
