Mar 03, 2016 · Hi! I've preordered my Vive which will be shipping in April. I'd like to know if there is or will be support for the Vive in Half Life 2, since I know it has native support for HMDs, but I don't know about the controllers. I would expect something along the lines of the mod "Half Life 2 VR", which from what I read recently, doesn't work anymore due to SteamVR's constant updates.

The VR support (which works beautifully out of the box on HL2) is broken in this "update" version. The option to enable VR is still present in the video options, but when enabled, it has no effect. I tried all the usual things. Hopefully, this will save you a download.
