Feb 21, 2015 · Cataclysm IP was made by Barking Dog / Sierra and then bought by Rockstar. During an office move.. Rockstar LOST the source code. People (myself included) hope beyond hope that Homeworld Remastered will do really well and that they will remake Cataclysm from the ground up.

Jun 23, 2017 · No. Cataclysm was a different publisher and story to which the original source code was lost and therefore could not be remastered I believe. Are you sure? Because i think i remembered playing it on the Remastered. May be wrong memory though because quite a lot of time has passed since then. Forget about that. It was Homeworld 2.
