Hello, Ever since our Horde installation was upgraded from 5.1.1 to 5.2.4, we have been getting the error: "User ___ is not authorized for Mail" when a user logs in. Though they can see Calendar and Task list. Clicking on "Mail" prompts a re-authentication, which then allows the user to access Mail.

Sep 14, 2006 · I can add email accounts and set up their userid and password. When I go online via browser or through CPanel, the email verification is INITIALLY ACCEPTED but then the Horde or SquirrelMail interface re-prompts for id/password and says that the entries are not valid. I will follow this post and work more on this...all the best.
