As I recall reading HP-UX 11iv3 is the last version of the OS that will support PA-RISC. That question does not seem to be answered in the discussion that has occurred in the thread. We're relying on my memory here, which could be flawed.

Does anyone know when (and if) HP is planning on releasing support for Java 7 platform. Currently, it only has Java 7 support available on Itanium based systems. It is a major issue for our software which runs on Java 1.7. Without this support we cannot claim support for HP-UX on PA-RISC machines...
