Mar 05, 2014 · Hi, Andrew: If the printer bidirectional support was working before the upgrade when you just ran the software came with the printer, then I suggest on your current Windows 8.1 system, you delete the printer on the Windows 8.1 first, then re-install that software coming with the printer, and see if that will make the printer working again.
