Oct 19, 2018 · ESXi 6.7 can probably run on a lot of older servers officially supported or not. A x64 CPU released after september 2006 i one of the requirements. We currently run our 6.5 cluster on decade old servers such as HP Proliant BL680 G5 with Xeon E7450 CPUs. Theese would probably run 6.7 fine also, but still no support if any problems hit us.
