Windows 2012 is not a supported OS for this server model. But you may 'try' to install Windows 2012 from the CD/DVD as a manual install without SmartStart CD. Windows 2012 may work on this server if its able to recognise the devices with its Generic device drivrers. Thank You! I am a HP employee.
