ICH9R support dropped in latest RST driver packages ...

    https://forums.intel.com/s/question/0D50P00004909xjSAA/ich9r-support-dropped-in-latest-rst-driver-packages?language=en_US
Leaving out ICH9R support is a serious omission from the 11.7.0.1013 RST package as there doesn't seem to be any up to date drivers for Windows 8 or Windows 7 for this storage controller. Looking back through the previous drivers you have to go back to the old 8.9.0.1023 matrix drivers for ICH9R support now which wasn't the case before.

Sorry if something similar has been asked before... but here goes: When you do a fresh install of Win10 on a machine with a pair of SSDs (or HDDs, doesn't matter) configured as RAID1 already, won't Windows already install a 14.x RAID driver to the environment upon OS installation straight away?
