Dec 23, 2008 · I have a web hosting account with Godaddy on which I moved to IIS7 to find that they dont have frontpage extension on it. I am unable to publish using VWD publish feature. According to godaddy support "Microsoft is phasing out the need for Extensions, they are not offered with IIS 7". What is the replacement MS offering here?

For every server except IIS6 and IIS7 there is absolutely zero official (Microsoft) support for the extensions - full support ceased in 2006 for Unix, and was totally removed last year for other systems (except IIS6 and IIS7, which lose all support soon).
