I discovered the problem and have a work around. Vtiger Mail Manager is not compatible with GoDaddy. It seems that GoDaddy will only allow IMAP when routed to their servers. We are using gmail business apps for email. The problem with gmail business apps is that everything is redirected to their MX servers.

Im using imap.google.com and imap is enabled in gmail. So I decided to install Vtiger in another hosting service ipage.com shared hosting and configured it using my emails and everything works ok. So the problem has to be in godaddy hosting not on the domain side or MX settings or anything. I called godaddy they say everything is ok.
