I have wordpress hosted on IIS on a Windows Server 2008R2 SP1 box. After enabling the plugin, I received the PHP LDAP extension is not installed warning so I followed the directions and enabled the extension, checked that both libeay32.dll, and ssleay32.dll were in the root php install directory.
