Jun 11, 2014 · The Service is delivered locally by multi disciplinary, multi agency teams who deliver evidence based time-limited interventions that are able to respond to the whole family’s needs. In the Mid and West Wales Region there are 4 Integrated Family Support Teams based in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Powys.
