Intel 82945G Express Chipset (WDDM 1.0) this is your issue, try different (more recent?) intel video drivers for it, or use the ddraw (or in a current version opengl) mode instead of d3d.-video ddraw or -video opengl. from the command line. The intel drivers for d3d are tragic, so if updating them doesn't work those are your options.
