The standard InterBase SMP 2009 Server license includes built-in support for Dual / Quad-core and additional CPUs – no additional licensing is required (up to 8 CPU / Cores on a single machine). Support for more than 8 CPU / Cores on a single machine require the purchase of the InterBase Additional CPUs License which increases the CPUs / Cores supported on a single machine to a total of 32.

When you look at these pages with ODS versions, you will see that ODS 10 is either InterBase 6, InterBase 6.5 or FireBird 1.5. InterBase 2009 does not support ODS 10 any more, so might it be the case that you have both FireBird 1.5 and InterBase 2009 installed?
