There is no way to view the downloads in Internet Explorer 8, like there is with modern versions of IE. So I recommend checking the usual places that downloads get saved. Failing this, start a download of something new and see where it saves it to. Alternatively consider a search for the file.

Apr 08, 2019 · What is the mainstream and extended support end date for Windows Internet Explorer 8? The Microsoft Product Lifecycle Search states, "Releases known as Components follow the Support Lifecycle of their parent Major Product."I cannot find a reference to the parent and presume it's Windows XP SP3, however I believe Windows 7 Professional was origanally released with IE8.
