Jun 01, 2012 · If you are trying to access the web server on your Pelco DVR, you're out of luck. ActiveX is IE only. Called Pelco today, actually. No plans to support the iPad natively. And RDP (I.e., terminal services aka remote desktop) won't work, either - can't handle the frame rates needed for the web client or the Pelco Windows app.

As you say, there is not a Alternitive Options for ActiveX Support when you use Edge, you need to use iE to support it.
