To date I don't think there's a way to do it. There's 3rd party hacks to add IPX/SPX to Windows Vista, but I don't believe they work with Windows 7. If you're running Professional my only work-around would be using a Windows XP virtual machine. If you're running a Home version you'd need to supply your own copy of Windows XP however.
