I tried to come up with an unattended silent install of iTalc about two years ago and just ended up giving up after a while. I just couldn't get it to work like it should. It involved copying the files from an existing client install, setting registry settings, setting up background services, and importing settings to italc.
Replace iTALC installations. Veyon is the official successor of iTALC. Thanks to the completely rewritten core and modular architecture it provides much better stability and performance.

iTALC is mainly a classroom software, but can easily be used as a remote support software, or employee monitoring software for that matter... Only limitation it only shows the primary screen, I'm hoping the developers will add support for more screens in the future.
