iTALC is mainly a classroom software, but can easily be used as a remote support software, or employee monitoring software for that matter... Only limitation it only shows the primary screen, I'm hoping the developers will add support for more screens in the future.

May 10, 2011 · I've successfully got iTalc running on windows 7. It took some doing, and a combination of suggestions from others, but it's working. Now that school is out, I've upgraded the high school lab to all new Acer machines, all running Windows 7 Professional.
