Called customer support this morning and they are sending a new band out. I guess I am a little disappointed that only having this band for 3-4 months and already experiencing a manufacturing defect. Otherwise I am a happy UP3 owner. Customer rep was helpful and agreed to send me a new band after about a minute of discussion.
