Seems like you should have a sales engineer assigned to your account....depends on if your 20k is in gear or support, one-time or on-going. We have all sorts of Juniper gear - routers, Netscreens, Secure Access, switches, etc and the only real support funkiness I have seen is with the Netscreen stuff.
