    May 02, 2016 · Thank you for your reply. My Kaspersky account was working fine until the Windows 10 was installed. So was not removed by Kaspersky. I think this issue should have been flagged up before I downloaded the update to 10. I have heard from others that it also has happened to them. Not all Kaspersky either.
