Enable Teaming on RealTek Adapters. Make sure that the LAN adapters are already installed properly and have the latest driver installed. Check each LAN adapter if it they are working fine prior teaming them. Go to the Windows Programs list and look for the RealTek Teaming or RealTek Ethernet Diagnostic Utility. Click on Teaming then Create Team.

Feb 24, 2017 · I have a X99 motherboard with Intel Gigabit x2. Want to use link agregation / teaming to get a faster connection to media server. Teaming is not currently supported with Windows 10.. I think the only workaround is to buy Realtek PCIe card and use their drivers..?? There is talk that Windows 10 should be able to support teaming in the future? It's hard to get information on this.
