Dec 10, 2010 · I did actually, forgot to post the solution on here. What I did was create a new user account, from that account install Xcode, go into Home > Library > Application Support and copy the "iPhone Simulator" folder over to my user account.

If you have the .app file of the application that is to be installed, place it in a folder and copy it to the Applications folder, or else get the .ipa file of the application and right click on it.

I wonder, if it is possible send the already compiled app binary to others, and let others to play around the app using the SIMULATOR (not devices), without having the source code? thx

Oct 12, 2009 · Hello, question for you. I’ve been developing for a few months on the iphone simulator with no problem, until now. I’m trying to read in a binary file, but it can’t find any where. The simulator also isn’t creating those directories under “library->Application Support”. It doesn’t create an “iPhone Simulator” directory at all.
