Nov 05, 2008 · Last night Line 6 Monkey said I needed to update my drivers for my Toneport UX1 - that all seemed to go ok - but now when I exit Gearbox I get a dailog box that says; "GearBox Application has encountered a problem and needs to close..." it goes on to suggest that it needs to send a report to Microsoft, etc. etc...

Jan 10, 2009 · The issue isn't POD Farm. It's a driver thing. Unplug your TonePort, go to your Windows Control Panel and then to Add/Remove Programs. Locate the Line 6 Uninstaller application and run it. Uninstall EVERYTHING. Once that is done, redownload and install a fresh copy of Gearbox. See if that helps. Line6Miller

Feb 23, 2009 · I have done everything that line 6 has said on the web site, ie disabling sound card and wifi, etc, but still does it. if i add for ram, maybe to 2gb, will that help? or is it the cpu? i dont want to spend the 50 bucks to upgrade the ram (old ram costs alot now) and find out that it wont fix it. thanks!
