linksys support sucks. The support staff's english was undecipherable. They need to require that the staff speak english. Also, the support staff's technical expertise really lacked. I had to do the research myself and fix the problem because the support staff couldn't figure it out.

Did you contact their tech support. As in any product there can be failures, chips, etc. Have been running WRT 1900ac since it came out and added a 1900acs when it was released.
