Nov 16, 2016 · Hi, goodi1.The Linksys WAG160N is no longer in production; thus, its firmware downloads have been put in halt as well due to the rules that govern the product use.. In regard to your QoS concern, the Upstream Bandwidth can be set to Auto or Manual only. Auto will set the upstream bandwidth to 512 Kbps, while manual only accepts values from 128 to 122880 Kbps or 1 to 512 Mbps.

Although this might solve alot of issues in general, there is more to it in case of the WAG160N. I spoke to Linksys support, and it seems the technicians are working on a solution (they are aware of the problem, but don't know if we will get a hardware or software solution) Bear with me, fellow WAG160N users..
