The ATI All-in-Wonder Pro cards are notorious for the bad driver support under Linux. An advantage is that especially in HTPCs they use little space for a lot of functionality. Luckily there is a partial solution. The goal is just to be able to watch tv with tvtime. Recording through MythTV is currently NOT possible.

Mar 14, 2011 · Attached in this post is the ATI All-In-Wonder installation CD 180-V01084-100, which came with one of the 9000-series ATI AIW Radeon AGP cards, and features ATI MMC 8.8 and the Catalyst drivers of that era. This install CD was tested with an ATI AIW 9200 and an ATI AIW 9600 cards, and found to work perfectly.

Apr 20, 2009 · The AMD chipmaker reported in March that with the release of the Catalyst 9.4 driver they wanted to discontinue support for the Linux and Windows R300/400/500 cards and focus on the new generation instead. Meanwhile AMD has released the 9.4 driver, which also supports Ubuntu 9.04.
