I've got all four fans turned up to maximum speed, and I've set the BIOS to always run the CPU fan at maximum speed. I'm using the standard fan AMD supplies with the 4850e CPU. The chipset does not come with a fan. I remember seeing some other remarks on the Internet about the chipset running very hot for some users.
