Choose Logic Pro X > Control Surfaces > Setup. Check to see if a TouchOSC device appears in the window. If so, select the device, press the Delete key, then click OK.

Both Max and Logic are running on the same machine; I am sending the messages via "udpsend localhost 7000" or "udpsend 127.0.0.1" After trying a lot of methods I cannot achieve any binding of a Logic parameter to an OSC message.
