Mar 09, 2013 · Is there a number I can call to speak directly with a customer support representative? I know about 855-WBGAMES and 781-407-4020, but there is no option to speak with a human being on either one. And yes, I called during the hours listed for those numbers. I do not want to create another ticket, because that doesn't work.
