To provide background, I have a history of 2 SABs before 9 weeks (one natural, one with IUI) and my infertility workup was consistent with age (day3 E2 of about 70, fsh 7, AMH 2.89, AFC 19-20, nl HSG).

Another detail of Lupron use is that for luteal support, we add estrogen. The ovaries just shut down after Lupron use, and therefore estrogen and progesterone are produced in very low quantities. Typically we prescribe progesterone post IVF, but with Lupron we also give estrogen.

I did antagonist protocol with 2 lupron triggers. 1 36 hours before ER and a 2nd 12 hours after my first trigger. I also did a small dose of pregnyl with the first trigger. TTC since May/June 2012
