Mar 10, 2016 · The AirPort base stations do NOT support a built-in DDNS client. That is, in order for your DDNS-provider to be provided with dynamic WAN-side IP address changes from your ISP you will need to run a DDNS client on one of your network computers.

Sep 28, 2007 · I use Apple Remote Desktop 3 for some administration needs between a few clients I have, and have just gotten into the mac side, now that I serve a couple mac clients.. as apposed to my previous windows clients.. is it possible to setup a dynamic dns service like dyndns.org for the Airport? I dont see any settings there for that type of connection.

Oct 18, 2014 · AirPort and Time Capsule with Dynamic DNS support page from dyn.com But even by these instructions, I couldn't get dynDNS working for me. That was back when they still had the free service. Now I've moved over to no-ip.com, but my DDNS updates still don't come from AirPort.
