Do we still need to use settings.sol file to suppress the Notify option in "Global Notifications Settings panel" or leave it since the "Global Notifications Settings panel" is not available? May 17, 2018 · Could you try installing Flash Player for Opera from Adobe Flash Player Install for all versions page and see if Flash Content works as expected on the same. This would be a real help to troubleshoot the issue further.
