Since the madwifi-free branch has been merged to madwifi-trunk in last April 04, (read news from madwifi page), madwifi trunk now has added support for AR5007 or AR2425 based cards. The best of all of this is that since this has happen madwifi does not depend on the binary only HAL anymore!.

This is always a pain, because I could not figure how to compile it myself, it always fails the build With slack 11, alien builds saved my ass, but now I need a slack12 package. Any help with this? :
