Mar 18, 2008 · Perhaps not coincidental. However the installation of the Exchange Server was done around a year ago and it would appear that the hub transport certificate has expired. I need to know how to renew this if anyone has any ideas.

When Exchange retrieves mail from the new server it doesn't deliver email to recipient in exchange, however it does remove email form ISP server. I tested this by setting up email account on outlook (Standalone PC not on network) and by receiving mail ok.

Mar 26, 2007 · Are you running the IIS built-in SMTP-server or Exchange (or other external smpt-server)? Reason for the question is that I'm not quite sure how IIS does with the SMTP-server that's builtin when you install a server certificate for the Web server.

Error: Server does not support secure connections. The company I for work created a windows service that does some stuff and then sends an email from gmail. In the beginning it sent the email just fine with no problems. After installing the service on a Vista machine we noticed it would not send the email.

Mail submission is the SMTP trafic on the Hub Transport service. It sounds a though you haven't turned on secure messaging on the HT role, and this doesn't have to be enabled. I normally only have secure smtp between my exchange servers not to the smart host.

Aug 11, 2009 · I am still having this problem. I have tried renewing the certificate, and that didnt work, so I removed the old one and created a new one and its the same message.

The server does not support secure connections. Only on outgoing mail. The server is a Mac Server running 10.11. No other clients are having the same troubles. The clients are mainly 2011 outlooks and a few on 2016. Only one person if having this trouble.
