    Apr 20, 2016 · All of the NT releases (well, almost all) on the FTP only have the CD itself, but no bootdisks. So to create bootdisks from the CD, I need an MS-DOS bootdisk with CD-ROM support. Up to now I simply used the Windows 98 bootdisk for it because it conveniently provides me with CD-ROM support so I can do whatever I need.

    SCSI SUPPORT. If you have a SCSI CDrom drive _and_ an Adaptec Controller, download scsiboot.exe to an empty folder on your hard drive and click on it to unpack. Copy the contents [but not scsiboot.exe] to your bootdisk. It's 156K bytes so you may have to remove some of the utils on your bootdisk if you don't have enough room for the scsi drivers.
