Got this nearly working, but having an issue. MAME refuses to detect it as a mouse, even though it works in Windows as a mouse. The game I am testing is Terminator 2, and while not a light-gun game, it still had a mounted gun and works the same.

Jan 15, 2019 · Alien 3 The Gun – Advmame 1.4/3+ Runs OK, a tiny bit glitchy and a little slow but still playable. The majority of all older Arcade Lightgun games are supported if they work in Mame. SNES SNES9x (various versions) supports Superscope however I couldn’t get it to work. I think it is broken.

Light gun is a light gun... If the EMS TopGun III works in MAME, then the Mad Catz or any other X-Box compatible Light Gun will work. IIRC, MAME and X-Box light gun support works fine, console light gun support needs further tweaking, as BP wasn't able to get the gun …

Mar 02, 2019 · You've got two options. Use a CRT and a CRT compatible light gun (arcade games), or use a Wii and play games designed for the magic wand. I've wasted a considerable amount of effort on this and quickly realized that the games are tweaked to work better with their respective native inputs.
