Disability and Health Supports Unit Individuals involved with the Employment and Income Assistance Program, the Children’s disABILITY Services Program and the Community Living disABILITY Services Program may require additional support for health related supplies, equipment, nutritional or diet supplements based on a diagnosed medical need.
