Great collection of official MESS ROMs. They run perfectly on MAME 0.151 and up (and also on most older versions). - Make sure you do not unzip the individual ROM files. - You also need to create a subfolder inside the roms directory of MESS, carrying the shortname of the system in lower case letters (EG: ../roms/snes).

Not if you follow injured spouse procedures, although one solution is to allow the offset so the debt is wholly or partially paid. It's not going to go away.
